Fun with Uni

My life at the moment is a pre-university limbo. There is not the time to start anything, so I am whiling away days doing what can literally be described as nothing. Though I am, as I type this, Midway through cooking a roast dinner.

Carnival was last night. It would appear that 50% of the fun of Carnival comes from being underage, so while it was nice to see people as it is now not long til moving time, it wasn't particularly exciting.

The exact opposite, in fact, of thursday night, when we partied to the wee hours in Bushwackers. That was fun, danced for five hours, watched my friend DD get with 7 people simply because, as far as I can tell, he felt like spreading the tonsilitis on his last night. All round enjoyable time!

Not much has been going on, so it's a fairly boring post, but a post nonetheless.

Today I opened a student bank account, giving me (dangerous) access to an overdraft for the first time in my life. My Uni experience so far has been pretty good, compared to some people's (Saboo). I was informed by the Uni that I probably wasn't gonna get accommodation. They did this then asked if I would be willing to travel in every day (2 and a half hours), which turned out to be a mistake, but we decided to sort accommodation on then. Went to Bham the next day, foud a place I liked, applied that night, 2 days later all was sorted.

Back to today, met a friend for coffee and a chat, which was nice. I should chat more, as even if I end up annoying the crap outta people it makes me feel good :).

Might as well

The title is a reference to me seeing 3 posts relatively close to each other and think that I might just restart blogging for what must be the thousandth time.

But this time is different, as it might help me keep in touch with people who are, like me, moving away, and as such will be useful rather than just holding one sided conversations with people I would see at school the next day.

Summer has been interesting, to say the least (more blogs on that later), though the boredom is settling in properly now. Uni is needed, as slightly terrifying as it is.

Bored

That's right, My mind is being numbed by revision, and I need somewhere to outlet. So here I am.

The weather is too nice to be stuck inside. I went for a run earlier, which was nice. Except for the HORRIBLE PAIN of exersising. Can't be helped. Maybe it will get easier if I keep doing it.

That's right, Revision time!

Which means I start to use blogger again. Though I never really have anything to talk about, and I'm pretty sure that 90% of the 6 followers I have (which, if you round up, is ALL of you) hove stopped reading. whatevs.

Snow... hmm

It's alright, I suppose, but it's getting irritating. It stopped me doing nerdy things! Plus, if 20 cm comes down tomorrow while im at work and I get snowed in I WILL punch somebody.

Plus, 7 exams in the next 3 weeks mean I don't really get to enjoy this snow, because I'm revising so hard. Or procrastinating. A lot.

The universe evidently doesn't want me driving.

Christmas is in 4 days, and I have done no wrapping up and still have shopping to do
